MDJunction to me

nvrsubtle"Not having any local Bipolar support groups where I live, MDJuntion has given me a place in which people understand what I am going through and has given me a new outlook on life with support that is real and good. Without
the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

WELCOME!!!Hi Tammi, Nice to meet you! Smile I hope you are feeling better. It looks like you have been through alot lately!! Sad I am going to go read your posts in another group and I will be back. Sorry I wasn't on yesterday, I had an emergency with my son!!

There are alot of wonderful people here that are caring, and compassionate. They are very helpful. Do you know when your attacks started and what the situation was when it happened? Are you taking any medications? I hope that we can be of some help to you! If you need anything, you can PM me anytime. I do my best to get back to them as soon as possible. Usually someone is around to talk to! Smile Feel free to join in the other posts and ask questions if you have any! Enjoy the group! Your Friend, Chris Cool

I am not a doctor so everything I say is from my experience, my opinion, or advice from research I've done. You should always consult with your health care professional.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Yesterday is history...tomorrow is a mystery....today is a gift.... that's why it is called the present.

Your friend, Chris

Tammi, welcome to the group. I know it can be very un-nerving when you first find out you have panic disorder. It's hard to believe that something isn't physically very wrong with you. I had every medical test in the book when mine started, some of them twice! I couldn't believe that what was happening to me was being caused by stress or fear, it felt to severe. It was hard to accept, but once I did it freed me up to start looking for ways to cope. So admitting to yourself that you have panic disorder is really a good step towards coping with it. It won't always be easy, we all know that, but with the help of all of us on this board you will be able to get through even your worst days.

Here anytime you need to talk!

God bless.

Sandy
