Hey no problem. I am ecstatic that you feel better. I had a positive effect on you and that's making me smile right now. I'll always be here for you and talking to you has really helped me too. I agree with you that you should have a chat with her. You can work out what to do from here and whether you are mentally and physically up to it. Anytime you want to offload or chat, just get in touch hun. I'm never far away.

That is a wonderful idea. They can usually shed some light on what is going on even when we're not sure.

I'm glad that you are feeling better. I know that or me, abuse is a big part of my panic attacks and just about anything can triggr them......smells, noise, seeing something that reminds me of it, closed in spaces, and feeling trapped.

I just listen to any kind of music. It sometimes helps to take my mind off of the anxiety and lets me relax a little. Whatever kind of music you like might help...
