Does anyone have any fear of just what might happen? What if I go and i have an attack? I wanna go do these things but my fear always holds me back. I have Xanax for attacks as needed but does anyoe know any tricks or have any ideas about how to get these thoughts out of your head aqnd just have thoughts of excitement about your upcoming event? I have a trip planned to Vegas from NY. I love Vegas have a great time every time I go and want to go so badly. But the fear and the panic I am having just thinking about the plane ride is enough to kill me. Then whta if I am in Vegas and I have an attack. I like to be home or at least when I have atacks I ned to be away from people. Ay help??  |
