Maybe call your doctor and tell him you are still have the attacks and ask to adjust your dosage or try something else?

I'm so sorry it's so bad. I've been there, and it's awful.

Hello I know both of you from other boards. Jillerin, I wonder what is triggering your panic attacks?

Hi,

I just wanted to jump in for a post. I was thinking Jill...(i know...scary) but I was and when I read what you take for your panic attacks...I couldn't help but want to tell you that my doc has me on 10mg of Valium 3x per day to help them NOT START in the first place. Then, when they do...I take Xanax and hit the bed.

I'm not suggesting that you start these because I know that out of all the meds for anxiety and panic attacks, these are the two most addictive. BUT...they help enormously and like I always say....WHATEVER WORKS!

I also wanted to mention that I feel soo stupid when I have an anxiety attack and my DH asks why I'm having it! I always say, "I don't know". Because I don't! It just hits and he doesn't understand it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to put it to him so he'll understand?? He's already learned sooooo much about Fibro...I guess now is as good as any to spring this on him as well....

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Men can be so like....DUH! I had 3 attacks yesterday, cried all day, chest pain, sense of impending doom, the whole 9 yds. DH said why dont you just "stop feeling sorry for yourself" . ((Sigh)) wish it was that easy.
