About 4 years ago, my father died suddenly from an uknown cause of death. My brother told me about the news over the phone and it was the biggest shock of my life. Ever since then I have anxiety or panic attacks when something gets stressful, panick, angry, and do something compulsive. I haven't been able to deal with shocking news or anything stressfuls since than. Could it be a sign from the trauma of my father's death? How do you handle when you feel panicky or feel like things are spiraling out of control? |
