Hi Janice

Hi Frog

I slipped in the shower And hit my tailbone. Sad the pain instantly radiated up my spine, had xrays nothing broken, or fractured just inflamation. On sick leave from work. Have option to work a little from home. On anti inflamatory and pain meds Sad having to use dounut pillow. Pain is better day 4.

Thank you AngelSmile

Awe you even gave me a hot water bottle. That sounds so good right now.

It's a throbbing dull pain, so its tolerable. I just don't like being bed rest. I am a go go go girl, this is driving me crazy Sad but I have notice if I over do it, laundry, food shopping it hurts more Sad so trying to take it easy, but still thinking of all I have to do and not falling behind at work.

If you have a heating pad try to place it right where your tail bone is and the warmth should help. I am so sorry that this happened and that you are in pain. Your health is the most important thing because if you are not okay then nothing else really matters!! Gentle {Hugs} to you! Kissing

I have another suggestion. Take a towel like a hand towel and wet it and then twist it out to get the water out and place it in the microwave for like 1 minute. Then place it on the tailbone. The moist heat will feel so good!! I will keep posting ideas! Wink
