MDJunction to me

aTinaL"To me, Mdjunction comes down to motivation. The support and information I have found here motivated me to take a very proactive stance regarding my illness. This led me to find medication and doctors that are giving me my life back.
More important than even the motivation, though, is the friendship I have found at MDJ. I have made some of the best friends of my entire life right here in this group. Even though most of us have never met, it feels as if we have known each other for years.
If Angels walk among us, and I believe that they do, most of them are here at MDJ.

Found another great way that magnesium can help.Smile

Again I stress always talk to your doctor first if you decide to take supplemental magnesium.

I have been just eating lots of watermelon for now which has lots of magnesium and vitamin B6, but plan to go to my pharmasist and talk about starting a supplement. Which has lots of magnesium.

I am not a doctor although wish I was. LOL All of my comments are strictly my opinion only from my own experiences. I am on no medications at the time but have taken medication in the past. So anything I say about medication is only my opinion from the experiences I have had while on medication. Never stop taking or take medication without talking to your doctor first.

I love watermelon but have to be careful because of the sugar. The sugar that is contained in the fruit does not effect me as much because the fiber slows down absorption unlike when you refine it and use it in foods like cakes for example.
