I quit the Panic Attack Group when I felt unwelcome.

After a loving hug from angelonearth I decided to stop by.

I did not intend to stay but all of you have been so supportive and loving that I think I will stick around for a little while.

Thank you for welcoming.

Your hug, angelonearth, came at the perfect time.

I have tears in my eyes because of your love for your members.

Thank you, NJHoppe, too.

You are such a dear friend and I love you.

Thank you to all Panic Group Leaders.

Do any of you have any tips for tomorrow?

Today I had to go in the car to go see the damage to my car.

I had a panic attack in the car and felt like every car was headed towards us.

I have to drive over an hour tomorrow to see my seizure doctor.

Do you have good suggestions to stay calm in the car?

I never ever had trouble driving until this.

Actually, someone else is driving me.

I cannot drive with an injured clavicle.

Do any of you have suggestions?

Again, thank you for caring.

You really have no idea how much that means to me at this time.
