Well I haven't been on in a while and I just wanted to say hi and I miss all my mdj friends! I've been doing much better on my medication regimen these days though by far not out of the woods yet . But it has allowed me to be able to do things I haven't done in a while. And I finally have peace from the constant anxiety and OCD worry and thoughts. Of course I have some bad days or moments every once in a while but that is to be expected . Well I hope everyone is doing great and if not I hope you will be soonSmile
