Im here if anyone needs me, and if u r having a panic attack or anxiety attack, u can add me on yahoo, babygirlluv1978 or even call me, because sometimes I just want to hear someone say "YOU ARE OK!, just know that. this will pass" and a lil encouragement and support when I feel like im freaking out. So, if anyone wants my # just ask. You can text or call me whenever you want! I am not a Doctor, just a person who experiences panic and anxiety and Im here to try to help people and also learn from them also. ;)

That is just tremendous of you to do that. I completely agree. I mean if you see a therapist/counselour/psychiatrist, then where do you turn when they are not in the office? If you call a help line, (which there doesn't seem to be many of outside of suicide prevention) then you either get put on hold or end up talkig to someone who doesn't understand panic. Its hit or miss, sometimes you get lucky and the person will know what your going through. So following in Chanda's footsteps I am willing to do the same.
