I take mine after dinner because when I took it in the morning it made me nauseous! Just ask your Doctor and or Pharmacist. Smile

I have asked my doctor and she said its okay for me to take it whenever I chose throughout the day...just once a day.

I have been doing good with the symptoms lately but they somewhat came back today. Hopefully it will end soon Smile

Hope you all are doing well. Not sure why but it seems my mind has gone around my normal coping methods. For some reason, I am getting anxious pretty bad at work and xanax is the only thing to completely calm me down. Going to the therapist soon so hopefully we can learn new techniques. It can still be the higher dose I am taking now...who knows.

Hi Mike. I get that way too from time to time. I think its like working out. When you get into a system of doing things, after a while its not as effective, so you have to change it up a little and then it works for you again.

Keep at it and use your xanax when you need to. No harm in a little help from our "friends".

Yeah thanks njhoppe! My techniques were working well until recently. Its like if my panic decided to morph into a new way to get at me like some virus. I noticed that when I am tired my heart rate is lower at work and then I start to doze off. When that happens, I catch myself skipping a breathe and then I get all nervous. Then I get like these adrenaline jolts from my stomach to my chest and it makes me nervous.

My fear is to faint...which is something I worry about when fighting these symptoms.

I doubt you will faint. The adrenaline jolts are very scary. I have gotten those before and they almost make me run and yes I feel like I'm going to faint but in 25 plus years of panic attacks, I have never fainted. Try drinking ice water. It seems to help the body's responses to slow down. I hope this helps you some. Smile

Thanks Nj and it does. I think the mixture of being tired, hot, and a tad stressed results into them. I greatly appreciate your thoughts!
