Hey mike, I'm happy it's Friday too. My anxiety is so much lower on the weekends because I'm not alone. Sorry you're not getting good sleep, it is very important. And I can relate to the construction. I never got worse sleep than when they were repairing the roofs in our apartments

Hi Mike,

What time do they start the construction in the morning. I believe that every town has an ordinance as to when they are allowed to start work time wise and when they have to stop. What time do they start? Wassat

They start about 6am which sounds reasonable. I am thinking about picking up some Tylenol PM tonight.

Mike, 6am is very early. I would check and see. I think it is supposed to be like 7am or 8am. Try taking Benadryl but if you are on any other Meds be sure to talk to your Doctor or call the Pharmacist before you take anything. I have a horrible time sleeping. I am more like a little napper! UGH! It sucks! Blink

Thanks yeah the lack of sleep sucks. I will be sure to check with my doctor about the P.M.

I always had issues sleeping since I am a picky sleeper.
