MDJunction to me

jaguarandcubs"MDJ is an integral part of my everyday life. Since joining in 2010, I have met so many amazing people. It is truly incredible to be able to share good times and not so good times with others who face the same health challenges. And MDJ has support groups for every condition I have. I don't know of anywhere else that can offer that. I love that I can learn from others as well as offer my own experiences for others to learn from." (jaguarandcubs)

Yeah, I agree with vpatsmith. Angel asked you if you liked to read? If the weather is sunny, could be a good day to go out and sunbathe a little with a good book. I have been debating going to walmart and buying myself a cheap bicycle for leisure. I have a stationary bike and treadmill @ home for exercise.

Yeah, could be. I know for me personally, whenever my meds would act up and start not to work, I would see an increase in panic and anxiety worse than before the meds.

@Fiona92, how much sleep were you able to get before the attack?
