Panic Attacks Support Group

Sometimes life can become overwhelming. You will get thru this difficult time in your life. You are blessed to have such wonderful support.

Take this time for yourself to try to rest and eat and read if you feel up to it too. Do something nice for yourself each day to help to cheer you up as well. I am so sorry that you are going thru a difficult time. Do you work outside the home or have you been raising your kids and staying at home? That is the hardest job in the world!!

I had 3 jobs and 2 of them were outside of our home. I cannot sleep or nap I'm too anxious .

Didn't the Doctor give you anything for the anxiety?

Buspar. He took all benzos away. I'm weening off of clonazepam.

Why did he take all the Benzos away? Just wondering?

??? Well actually I still have the ambien 12.5 but said that they are too dangerous. I have never been a pill taker... Meds scare me. I'm hypersensitive to all Meds. In fact I had a small reaction to Levo. This am so I will have to lower my dosage til I talk eith him Tuesday.

Do you take anything?

Yes I take many things. Everyone is different when it comes to Meds.

What works for one person may or may not work for someone else.

You have to be patient with Meds and allow them to work. It takes time with an Anti-Depressant to build up in your system. I suggest that you talk to your Doctor about the Meds and let him know all the side effects that you are experiencing. Hope that you feel better. Keep posting. This is a very supportive and understanding group. Just do not give up!
