Sometimes life can become overwhelming. You will get thru this difficult time in your life. You are blessed to have such wonderful support.

Take this time for yourself to try to rest and eat and read if you feel up to it too. Do something nice for yourself each day to help to cheer you up as well. I am so sorry that you are going thru a difficult time. Do you work outside the home or have you been raising your kids and staying at home? That is the hardest job in the world!!Wink

??? Well actually I still have the ambien 12.5 but said that they are too dangerous. I have never been a pill taker... Meds scare me. I'm hypersensitive to all Meds. In fact I had a small reaction to Levo. This am so I will have to lower my dosage til I talk eith him Tuesday.

Yes I take many things. Everyone is different when it comes to Meds.

What works for one person may or may not work for someone else.

You have to be patient with Meds and allow them to work. It takes time with an Anti-Depressant to build up in your system. I suggest that you talk to your Doctor about the Meds and let him know all the side effects that you are experiencing. Hope that you feel better. Keep posting. This is a very supportive and understanding group. Just do not give up! Wink

Fiona, WELCOME! Know that you are not alone with the panic and anxiety. I hope that you get stronger everyday and are able to be back in your own home soon. Until then, let your wonderful parents take care of you and help you to get your strength back. Lots of ((hugs)) to you!
