Fiona, I know it is so difficult but try to be patient with yourself.

It takes time and especially with meds. Just try to eat healthy and take your meds and drink lots of water. You will get thru this....We are all here for you. You are not alone. Just know that you can do this!!

Do not give up. I understand how you feel and especially the feeling weak part. It is so overwhelming. It is fatigue and a feeling like you have no energy to do anything. I really do understand. Wink

Thanks! I wake up everyday with adrenaline rushes just wishing I could rewind my life

I just want to be normal and be able to live not sit on the couch and have my mom help me do my daily activities. I've even blacked out once.

I understand those feelings of wanting to "rewind" your life.

I was thinking that today. But that is not possible.

We have to be able to accept what is happening in order to be able to move forward. I think we all at times have wanted our lives to be the way that they used to be before all this stuff happened. But I think that we have to learn to deal with the now and the present and cope the best way that we know how. Are you going to have some therapy? What did the Doctor suggest for you? Also I wanted to tell you that even tho your life is not exactly the way that you want it to be right now be blessed that you have your Parents that are able to help you. Wink

You will get thru this...it takes time. This is such a great group.

Come and post here and you will find amazing support. People that have not been thru this really cannot understand how it feels.

Have you seen your Husband and your kids? I am hoping that they are all being supportive too. The support helps tremendously. Smile

You are most welcome!! How old are your kids?

Do you have any idea why you are feeling this way?

If you are not comfortable telling me then I respect and understand.

I am just trying to be helpful. Sometimes just talking about things and feelings helps a lot. I know that I used to hold a lot of things inside and now I am learning to talk about my feelings more. It takes time.

Be patient with yourself!! Wink Kissing

The reason that I asked about the age of your kids is because I was wondering if you have little ones it might be possible post-partum depression. Maybe your Mom can come to your house and help you during the days and you can try to do a little bit at a time? Make sense?

Also let your Doctor know about the Meds. Be sure that you eat when you take them. Drink lots of water.

Maybe if the meds are making you dizzy you can ask your Doctor if you can take them at a different time of the day or at night?

Just a suggestion.

Smile

I live with my parents just a mile from

My home. My babies are 11 and 13. It does feel somewhat like postpartum . Everything I used to love is no longer a desire??? I am at a loss as what to do. I am following doctors orders strictly .
