Does everyone else become extremely drained and exhausted after having a panic attack or even after barely avoiding a panic attack? My friends and family don't seem to comprehend this very well. It makes sense medically to me. Thanks!

I do. I have to take a four hour nap, usually. Sometimes, I get the shakes and feel hungry. Is that normal?
