Truthfully no. It sounded good until I remembered my wife was the one who bought the steamer. That worked. I took the fillets and Baked them for about 25 minutes at 375. Then I broiled them for five minutes. They were seasoned with Whats This Here Sauce, pepper, basil, thyme and minced garlic. While they cooked, I caramelized a good amount of onion to top them with. May I be guided to accept others who may differ from me and always separate opinion from fact. I insist that others put the benefit of the group before anything else, regardless of a well meaning agenda. If what you say is a fact, you can back it up. If not, it's opinion and should be called that. The safety of members is paramount.
