Hi I new here and wanted to met people ,I've had panic attacks since I was 10 but I didn't know what it was. As I got older it became worse.I would like to think I'm not alone. Maybe we can help each other.

We understand panic attacks and live it, and get through it together.

What do you do to relax?

Do you know what may be your triggers?

Thank you 4596, I relax by listening to ocean waves candles and a hot bath. What triggers me is just thinking about leaving the house.I'm so glad I'm not alone.
