I had an awful day today

Dizzy all day .... Felt like i was gonna past out all day long ...

Im getting sooo tired of this .....i trully feel sometimes i just cant go on anymore

I think my panik attacks started because i started taking this weight loss Herbalife

Or at least thats what my family says

Before this ... I was fine !!!

The beggining of his year i started taking Herbalife the milkshake and the freaken tea

I was 150 and i thought i was fat although i have 2 children already ,,,

Anyways... I went down to 110 now and i must tell you all

THIS IS HELL,,,!!

I didnt wanted to belive Herbalife was the cause to this ,,, but im pretty sure it was ..

Although ive gone to the doctors and they have found nothing wrong with me....

I still have the feeling i need to go back again and again untill they find what is really wrong...

I trully sometimes like today feel like im just gonna die from one of his intense panick thing

Id like to know if my weight loss can be related to anxiety or its just me that thinks this

Please help !

I know I'm notmuch help, but your anxiety SEEMS to have more to do with an unhealthy obsessionabout weight than the product that you used to lose it. As an immoral pig of a man, I'll tell you that 110 looks great. So do 150 and 200. Don't buy into all those idiotic ads telling you what you should be. If you're otherwise healthy, be yourself. I have also found that while anxiety can lurk in the oddest places, it's most often right in front of us if we have the courage to look. My case? Low self-esteem = anxiety.
May I be guided to accept others who may differ from me and always separate opinion from fact. I insist that others put the benefit of the group before anything else, regardless of a well meaning agenda. If what you say is a fact, you can back it up. If not, it's opinion and should be called that. The safety of members is paramount.

Only our weaknesses give us real strength.
Only our failures grant us victories.

There are days where I feel dizzy all day everyday so your not alone there by far. I have found that if I write it all down it helps and I also have tried motion sickness pills that my doctor told me to try they do help but if I was you I would talk to the doctor about this and see what he or she says before you try any motion sickness pill . If you ever need anything we are here to help each other out I hope you feel better soon.

The trouble with Herbalife and other protein drinks is that they are made from protein isolates that contain free glutamates (MSG) and the first ingredient is sugar. Then they are mostly synthetic chemicals. Many of us are also very sensitive to synthetic vitamins (if they come in a bottle they probably have synthetic chemicals in them)

Free glutamates are neurotoxins that many anxiety people are sensitive to.

People with anxiety and stress burn high amounts of glucose and have to have good quantities of COMPLEX carbs - not these simple carbs that cause the body to release stress hormones and excitory neurotransmitters (causing more anxiety). This product and all I have seen have zero complex carbs.

The safest way to loose weight and keep anxiety under control is to stop all refined carbs and sweet treats and exercise.

The simple diet for us it to only eat what God made and nothing processed that man had a hand in.

Jazmine,

Don't allow the numbers on the scale define who you are. 150 is not bad for two kids, have you tried to tone up, rather that weight lose?

Please don't take those weight lose drugs, they all have a form of speed, cafieen that will trigger panics.

Focus on staying healthy for your kids. Smile

I think the safest weight loss plan is Weight Watchers. I'd be terrified to take pills or any other quick weight loss promising item out there.
