So anything I say about medication is only my opinion from the experiences I have had while on medication. Never stop taking or take medication without talking to your doctor first.

sometimes heartburn would either trigger panic. I started taking prilosec and most of my heartburn went away. If I have a panic attack now, heartburn will happen after I start to panic.

I usually get indigestion while in panic Sad So I either drinks lots of water or mint tea or sip Ginger ale, seems to work for me.

I'm pretty lucky...I almost never get indigestion! Must be all the chocolate I eat Smile

Any kind of physical symptom can trigger panic with me for sure, but I am definitely improving....I just try to separate the symptom from anxiety and talk myself down.

My indigestion has gotten a lot better since I started taking pepcid acs not everyday but enough to help with it. I have noticed the less stressed I am too its not as bad. But my gosh I use to have it so bad at times it would send me into panic attacks. Prilosec I have heard work for so many people I talk to. An idea for myself to maybe try. And mint tea hmmm that sounds yummy and I will have to try that. I just don't think the pepcids are strong enough for me so I need to find something that works a little better. CHrissy Chocolate is my favorite. LOL and lucky you girly. Smile

Thank you ladies for responding to this.

Yes. I start getting nervous cause I begin to feel a lump in my throat. Then I have shortness of breath followed by an anxiety attack. I absolutely hate the feeling.
