A reminder of the good things in life in times of depression.
And most importantly, love when I need it the most. MDJ has become like a family to me. I have priceless friends that I will hold in my heart and love forever. MDJ is a place of safety, when I know I can be myself and that I am loved. Thank you all SO much, you mean the world to me.

I felt fine, nothing is bothering me, so I'm baffled. dizzy, nausea and blurry vision. I am breathing and waiting for 12noon lunch break, to go in car with a/c and close my eyes and breathe for 1/2. I guess I'll never understand panic attacks. I'm not scared, just uncomfortable and feel yucky, been going on for about 35mins now. Still trying to breathe and distract myself out of it. If I don't get relief by noon, I'll take my med. I HATE YOU PANIC, YOU SUCK! Angry GO AWAY! DON'T WANT YOU HERE! YOU CAN'T SCARE ME ANYMORE.
