I've just recently read a book that teaches meditation as a cure to anxiety disorders.

I remember how calm I felt a few years ago when I practiced it daily, which is what brought me back to meditation.

I have been practicing for about a week now -- unfortunately, it takes a while to get the swing of things. I'm curious if anyone else is really into meditation and if it helps them with anxiety?

Maybe if we change our perspective on life - our anxiety will dissapear...

Hi hun I think everyones end all cure comes there own way in there own time

Me personally I think panic is ALL in the head and when we

Balance the mind with the body and the body with the mind with

deit

yoga

meditation

and some understanding that panic can cause no real harm FOR ME that is what I think MY personal cure is how long it will take I have no idea Ive been working on it for a year. But I am 100% sure that one day for ME this will be my door out-- I LOVE guided meditations to sleep, hypno therapy I do twice a month with a doc. and they have helped me soooo much when I use all this and some advice from a few books I have read Im doing 180 better than last year not being able to move off the sofa in fear of death all the time lol......
