Honestly I have no clue. I never had these issues until I started to rethink my past. Then I just and still can't get these issues outta my head. panic attacks w/ me happen when I am at a stop sighn and I know there will be a car behind me,it freaks me out somehow and then I panic and the anxiety of not knowing what to do sets in. I also get it in the stores,like people look at me or resturants,and I have a negative outlook on myself. I feel they are thinking "oh dear god she is fat n ugly" which that comes from my past. sorry so long but I will make this short. I have both. I panic...and then anxiety hits me hard of not knowing how to get outta the situation and not make a huge scene..dont know if this helped at all. |
