dehydration can do alot of crazy things to the body...maybe things will settle down for you somewhat. Make sure you drink enough fluids now.Smile Listen to me..I sound like such a mom!

I hope you feel better I have found if I drink 10 bottles of water a day I am MUCH less likely to have a bad attack!

I do hope things are feeling better now,

The ER has been a place I have been in a couple times this year. The first one was my first major panic attack and it lasted so long. My heart felt like it was going to come out of my chest. I decided to call an ambulance since women can have different signs during their heart attacks. I at least had my heart ruled out by xray and ekg. Then I had a time it hurt so much to take a breath, I thought I had a lung issue. I tried to drive to the hospital but I was screaming with every breath, I called 911 and they picked me up. It ended up being a rib spasm. I felt so silly the doc said it is so painful it can take a football player down. Now I have constant breastbone and rib pain related to Fibromyalgia. I wanted to mention I take so many meds and have found if I drink about 32 oz of an electrolyte, it reduces pain that I get in my leg. I'm wondering if taking so many meds that suggest drinking a glass of water with them, maybe I'm getting dehydrated causing muscle pain. I drink Powerade Zero. No calories and a nice flavoring which is tasty and nothing like Gatorade. Just a thought I would pass on. It seems taking so many takes a toll on the body. Best wishes to everyone. ~Nickie

I do well I think with a mixture of both water and Gatorade.

I can tell if I haven't had my Gatorade in a while.

But the water is good too it's kind of a toss up.

But yeah I think drinking plenty of fluids helps get rid of all those nasty stress hormones we pump out.

4 more days of school-yipee!
