there would be times where i wouldn't be able to move, literally frozen, sometimes holding my breath, closing my eyes if i got the chance, covering my face, paranoid someone would see me in that condition, if i did get up and move, i had extreme anxiety, i couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, senses were raised, every noise would scare me and i would curl up more or hide more, i would have repetitive, unwanted thoughts that looped and looped while i just stayed frozen and scared to death... for 24 hours or more!!!

long anxiety attack? or panic attack? or both?

Hi Ana

That is an anxiety attack.

Panic attacks only last for a few minutes and are much more intense.

You would swear you are going to die during a panic attack.
