I'm an Advocate

Hi I just wanted to welcome you to the group! Sounds like you had a rough night! I wake up sometimes with panic attacks in the middle of the night and they can just really throw you. I understand.

I have found this group along with a few others very helpful with coping with panic disorder. It is so hard to handle sometimes and finding a place like this where others understand you is so helpful! Please feel free to ask questions as you have them, either start a new discussion or feel free to pm me anytime.

Welcome!

~JoJo
