 just started it after taking Xanax for 12 years, a bit nervous. any advice? has it helped you? My anxiety and panic was so bad so they switched me over.

 oh really, thanks! I just started it last night. I am calmer today. I've had a few thoughts come in my head to give me anxiety but left fast. Thanks, Jimmmy
