I don't post often because other than informing about Osteolysis I can't seem to locate anyone who admits to having this disease. I am constantly doing research on it and i've posted to far too many other sites and I get no feed back....Period!!!! Now I've read that Osteolysis is rare but I can't be the only person with it. The impact of this disease affects your life because doctors can give you no hope....other than to say wait! "They" might invent a new type of HIP woohoo!!!! well I can't wait...no I mean I really can't wait!!! I'm looking at my fifth replacement surgery and nothing new has come up since my first in '93 and I'm running out of healthy bone stock for attachment of a new hip. Well this is my post for today and yes i'm feeling a little angry today, not everyday but boy would i love a little hope or even someone else who is dealing with this to speak to. So God Bless you all, may he grant you strenght for your struggles. |
