 The Optic Atrophy Support Group is full of ways to interact and share your knowledge and experience. It's your chance to be around people who are dealing with the same issues as you do and understand you best.

You should wear a ribbon and tell people why, write a diary and most important – hug people. A hug is probably the best cure for anything
