I decided after talking to my nero yeasterday, that I would go to Abbot Northwestern and see a neurosurgeon. I have my appointment this Monday. They have done everything to me but bleed me with leeches, so the time is now. Ill be seeing Dr McCue, It gives me something I havent had for a long long time. HOPE ! I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Sometimes the pain from O.N. can make you want to crawl in a corner and scream to the top of your lungs! So I've learned to cherish the good days when I don't feel like I have an ice pick stuck in my head!

I hear you regarding the leaches, at this point we'll try anything and everything sometimes just to ease the pain. I wish you better luck with him this time. Keep us up on what he says.

I went to a neurosurgeon too - to discuss a C2 ganglionectomy (bilateral). He said I wasn't a candidate...ugh....

I"m sorry - I know the frustration of looking for help.
