Hi my name is Lisa and I'm Bipolar and I have OCD. I didn't notice the OCD that much till I started the meds for BP but now it's worse but not rally that bad. I obsess about my house being clean. Like now I'm looking at the dust on the TV and it's about to drive me crazy. As soon as I get through typing this I'll clean it. I hope to make some new friends that understand what I'm dealing with.

Lisa,

I use to keep cleaning my window because i didn't like the way the finger prints were on it. When I finnaly decied to leave the window alone because it would just keep getting fingerprints on it anyways I felt better and eventually I stopped cleaning the window. I know its hard to give into wanting to clean the tv all the time to dust it but you might try to limit dusting it only one time and only one time a week. I know it is uncomfortable but I found after i gave into my window i felt alot better.
