Hello let me introduce myself my name is Erika and I have an anxiety disorder ever since I was 5. I've always had breathing problems has a child and they would go away really fast, but for some reason now its hard for them to go away.

Its gonna be 4 months now that I been noticing my breathing and I get really scared and get a panic attack. I'm always thinking it and it drives me crazy, I dont know what to do anymore. I feel like this whole time im thinking of my breathing, or I dont know if its something else. I'm really scared and it annoys me because I cant go anywhere becasue my breathing gets to me and I get all nervous. Do any of you have this problem? Or do you know how I can help myself??

Thank You Smile

I'm an Advocate

This is very normal with anxiety. in time it will go away. just let yourself know it is normal and there is nothing you need to do to correct it. as your anxiety over this goes away it will as well. it cannot be rushed. i know it is scary and frustrating but please let yourself calm down. tell yourself ok i'm aware of my breathing. so what. just let it be. it will pass.

Namaste!

Nick

Hello Nick, Thank for the advice. I know its just anxiety and its all in my head, but its so hard cause it interferrs with my life and everything. Your right with some patience and good understanding it will pass like any other symptom.. Yes I need to calm myself down, because i get alot of panic attacks due to this.

Thanks again Smile
