MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is somewhere i feel safe i feel i can be myself and not be judged. I love the fact that i get to see that im not alone in what i am going through and i also get the chance to help others on their journey through guidance and communication.
I would truly be lost without MDJunction... to me its my savior, my personal place to go where i don’t feel so alone anymore in the world.

Does everyone with OCD pick at themselves?

I do and I hate myelf for it. I think my scars are ugly.

And does anybody else start cleaning and can't stop?

I do. That can be a good thing or a bad thing.

Please somebody answer me. I really need to know.

Thanks.

I'm new too. my son has ocd and he picks. his counselor told him to carry around a tube of neosporin or something like that to RUB on the spots unstead of picking. it works for him , if he remembers to grab that tube of med.
