I was wondering if anybody had any good diet or exercise tips. One thing that I have found really useful was to switch the size of my serving dishes. I put the big Thanksgiving dinner plates up and out of the way, and now I use the little sandwich plates. I put ice cream into teacups instead of a bigger bowl. I use small glasses for juice, pop, etc. and use the big glasses for water. That helps me keep my serving sizes smaller. Sometimes I'm still hungry and go back for seconds, but I no longer overeat just to clean my plate. I would love to hear any tips you folks have. Have a good day!

Those are some great ideas!! I also use smaller utensils (forks/spoons)to eat with and try to cut my pieces smaller. This week was a trying one for me. I didn't do so well.

There is always tomorrow...!
