I hope all is well with you. I hurt a bit today. I have fibromyalgia, which makes it really hard to get enough exercise and also gives me a lovely assortment of food cravings. So I'm a lot bigger than I'd like, though it could be worse. A lot of women I see around town are a whole lot bigger than I am, which is so sad.

I put a diet tracker module on my MyYahoo page even though I'm not actually on a diet at the moment. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in the next two years. I have no idea if I'm going to lose any weight at all, but I figure it can't hurt to keep track of my weight.
