Planning For Halloween

Halloween is a "tricky" time of year as there are so many "treats" everywhere.

Start planning your Halloween Celebrations now, so you won't fall away from your personal weight loss goals.

How are you planning to spend Halloween? How are you planning to stay on target for your weight loss goals?

Very good topic . I dont think ill have problems this year .I dont get trick or treaters where i live . To far in the woods i guess lol. And my son is to old to go out any more . But I found in years past the It helped me to either buy treats I didnt care for . Or one year I gave out healthy snacks , I had boxes of raisens,popcorn,apples,and granola bars ...just a suggestion . LOve to all
