Hi PinkFlower! Welcome to the group! I can definitely relate. (I too am 35, have fibromyalgia, and am overweight.) I did manage to lose about thirty pounds at one point. The weight loss definitely helped the fibromyalgia pain. But then the weight started creeping back on and now I'm almost as big as I was before. Yuck! Stress, hurting too much or being too tired to exercise, and food cravings (Chocolate!) all make me gain weight. Though I have to say that I do know a couple of skinny people with fibromyalgia and they seem to hurt just as much as we do. So our fibromyalgia wouldn't go away if we were at our perfect weight.
