Well today was THE day.... I am very pleased to say I am down 4.8 pounds this week!!!

Start: 215.8

Current: 202.4

Total loss: -13.4 pounds

I am thrilled with those numbers! Next week I should be under 200 pounds!! I still cant belive I am actually doing this, actually losing weight and not toally hating it or ready to give up!! My goal is to lose at least 3 pounds a week, so as long as I am doing that I am going to hold off on the exercise. When my weight loss slows or stops thats when I want to start the exercise to shake things up. If I was to start now I would have nothing to do to shake it up and restart the weight loss. I am planning on getting the WII fitness plus.

I am going to start adding in Whole wheat bread this week, just a few times a week, and see what happens. I was told it could slow my weight loss and I dont want that, so we will see what happens. I may have to take it back out next week depending on the numbers.

I may not post everyday anymore, I am kinda running out of things to say everyday. So everyone have a great day!!

Hi everyone!! I have been so busy this week. Which is good. We are going away for the weekend. Going to the cabin at the lake for the weekend, so excitied.

I think the last 2.4 pounds in the 200's is going to be somewhat stubborn. I am afraid I may not make it under 200 this week, but maybe being extra active this weekend will help. Time will tell. I prob wont be back until Monday. Everyone have a wonderful weekend!!!

Happy Monday everyone! I had a great weekend, it was very tiring but wonderful. I got totally off my eatting schduel but didnt cheat. I actually was having a very hard time eatting enough calories. So today I am back into the norm. Tmr is my weigh in and I reallly want to be under 200. IF I am I think it will be just barely.

One thing I have figured out is that I need to find something to do, I am a stay at home mom, my kids are school aged, so I am alone most of the year. Of course now it is summer break so in between summer school and camps the kids will be home. But I have got to find something to do with myself. Alot of my over eatting was do to boredom and being lonely. So I have got to change that so that I dont get back into my old ways.

I am feeling amazing though. I was telling my husband last night, it is going to feel strange as I cont. to lose weight. I already feel smaller. I am down 1 clothes size. But I just feel smaller, I can feel bones that I couldnt feel before and I have only lose 15ish pounds....imagine when I have lost 50 or 60...it is going to be strange! It will be a great strange though.

So until tmr! I will post my loss....

Today was weigh in day:

start weight: 215.8

todays weight: 199.6

I am under 200!!!!! woo hooooooo!!!! Amazing!!! I am down a total of 16.2 in 3 weeks. -20 pounds will be my next milestone. I should get there in 1 or 2 weeks. Anyway 1 milestone down many to go!

If case anyone is wondering I havent fell off the face of the earth or fell off the wagon. I just havent had much to report. I am still going strong. Today has been kinda a big day only because it is my sons birthday and I have been trying to decide if I would partake in pizza. I havent eatten any "junk" in a month, so it was a big decison. I finally decided to have 2 pieces of cheese pizza, I had really watched my calories all day and I didnt go over my calorie goal by eatting the pizza. I also decided that I am not going to give up the foods I love forever, I have to learn moderation in my everyday life. Energy in has to be less than the energy out, really doesnt matter what you are eatting. So we will see what the scale says about this in the morning. Thats my biggest fear at this point, weight loss slowing or stopping all together. I know I am going to have a slow weight loss this week anyway, as of this morning I was only down about 1.5 pounds for the week. So we will see. I am going to eat good for the next 3 days until I have my official weigh in for the week.

I think I freaked my husband out too. He has never said anything about my weight but I mean come on I know what he is thinking. Anyway when I told him I was thinking about eatting pizza tonight I could hear the pannick in his voice for a few seconds LOL then he pulled it together and heard me out.LOL poor guy thought I was falling off the wagon!! He is secretly wanting me to be skinny and fab! He just doent know it is a secret! Everyone have a great weekend! I will check in Tuesday!

So today was my 4th week weigh in.....

SW 215.8

CW 196.8 total of -19 pounds

I also got measured today and I have lost a total of 22.5 inches from my whole body.

AMAZBALLS!!!!!

Things are going great. I am finally getting into the swing of things and not having to think so much about what to eat and what not. It totally is a lifestyle change not a diet and it is just now starting to feel like a lifestyle change. To some exent this is what I will have to do for the rest of my life in order not to gain all the weight back and I am begginning to be ok with that. I feel amazing and starting to look much better. I am now in a size 14 (started in an 18)and the way things are going I will be in a 12 in a month. So everyone have a GREAT week and I will be back next week!

I am really starting to wonder if anyone is reading this or if I am just typing to no one but myself.

First off i want to say KUDOS to you!!! You are doing amazing!!! and i am sure there are dozens of people reading your posts and getting inspired to take control of their life even if its just a little bit. One stone can make many ripples in the water Smile There is alot of us out there still waiting for our call to bat. Losing it is not always as simple as a diet change when economy doesnt allow people to purchase the healthier foods. But still the struggle is on and the fight is inside of us just have to keep pushing forwards. -huggs girlie- you definatly deserve it!

Hi ladies!! Sorry I am just now seeing your posts! First off thank you!! Deslate Flower.... Losing weight is as easy as a simple diet change...really it is! I know times are tough for people ( at my house too) but think about it this way..... Lets say on a normal shopping trip you buy....hamburger meat, bread, chips, soda, cookies, ice cream and some apples. Ok in my area those items would cost you about $35.00 USD. Ok so on your next trip buy.....Chicken or turkey, low calorie bread, lettuce, tomato, light dressing, apples, yogurt and some turkey lunch meat...in my area those would cost about $ 30.00 USD...hmmmm alittle cheaper. Thats it...that is all I have done. I stopped buying all the junk food and replaced it with healthy, whole ( not processed) foods. Simple right??!!!

Slada...its not a secret at all.... I finally just got my head in the game and was finally ready to lose weight, change my life and live my life. I simply cut calories and changed what I was eatting and count calories. I eat around 1200 calories a day, I stopped eating junk food and processed foods, and I weigh and measure every single thing that goes into my mouth. The first month I didnt excersise at all...now I am excersising about 5 times a week and I am really enjoying it. I have heard it say that it take about 30 days for your stomach to shrink and get used to the smaller portions I have also heard it said that it take 30 days to form a new habit. So the first month might be alittle rough but if you push through you will be better for it in the end.

Here are my current stats:

Start weight 215.8

Current weight: 187.4

Total of 28 pounds gone

I have gone from a size 18 to a size 12

I am in my 7th week
