I'm doing my prescribed exercises and wanting to read my new book on EDS when I have the ability

Sounds like a plan bananas.

I'm ready to join the depression group.

I just feel like crap every single day.

If I get up and move the feeling kind of goes away.

Doesn't take long to come back though.

Aww, I know it's really hard. Maybe they will have some tips over there.

I know my dr is a big believer in exercise and that my main focus right now, some days it so hard I'm in tears by the end of my cardio but im still doing it... A lot of it is because I have I'm accountable to at the office.
