Well you know you are capable, so now there is no excuse! Still, if you do eat in the night, dont be too hard on yourself. Hide whatever it was and start over.

Hi everyone!!! The past two nights, no night eating! Me and my boyfriend even had a "junk night" where we had brownies and ice cream and still no NES! Even last night, I ate dinner really late, right before bed, and still no NES! I'm super excited! No bloat in the morning! No weight gain. Less exercise, I can finally relax!

BUT... we both are going to sit down today and make an eating/exercise plan for ourselves. We want to kick our butts into gear and do it the healthy way!

Thats great ash! I stillg ain weight really easy so I have to watch no matter what. Excersize has been making it even harder to maintain I think because it makes me extra hungry. I have also been making some less than stellar food choices. I know I can and will get back on track. I just need to figure it out. At least no night eating! PS your new pet is cute!

No NES last night.

Ugh I am frustrated. Since I STARTED excersizing and working hard, I have GAINED 4 pounds! That is alot of progress undone. So, I think I am just gonna stop excesizing. I have not added that many more calories to my diet, but I guess I dont really burn too many more with excersize.Maybe it is doing my metabolism more harm than good.

I would rather be thin and flabby than chubby with toned muscles is the conclusion I have come to. So, we will see what happens now.

I think it will be easier to rid the troubling foods without the excersize.

Okay sorry for the rant, I am just annoyed. How did everyone else do?

Oh that is alright. I pretty much will have a lifelong struggle with keeping my weight down. I have a slow thyroid and PCOS, and since I weigh in daily, it seems like every extra 100 cals per day adds like 2 to 4 ounces of weight gain. So for a few weeks I have probably had an extra 1-500 cals a day half the time, so it makes sense. This all started when I got back to excersizing. So, if it is not broke, dont fix it. I am going back to no workouts. My body is more rested and more able to fight temptation.

To answer your qu. I do kickboxing, yoga, dance workouts. I love excersize but I am willng to give it up for more sleep and a slimmer body anyday!

A couple not so great nights... 400 cals last night because for whatever reason I needed 2 english muffins with cream cheese on one... awful. I have been less bloated lately.

Rawriader you said you would rather be thin and flabby than chubby with muscles?? You would either be chubby and flabby or muscular.

And I KNOW you KNOW that muscles are better than flab even if the scale reads a higher number. I wouldnt be so hard on yourself. Have you been binge eating during the day still? Focus on that! Your night eating has been kept under control and you have been doing great. If you can keep it that way and work on binge eating you will be gaining muscle mass, and I doubt you'd even notice those 4 lbs because you'd stay toned---- more importantly you'd be fit!
