Well Happy February! lets make this a great month full of hard work towards meeting our goals.

Last night I snacked before bed again. I did eat in the night but only about 70 calories. I was tired this morning so I am askipping my workout. Hopefully I will be able to keep my eating clean . I am going to try not to snack before bed tonight as I know that will help.

How about you guys?Kissing

Yeah a new thread!! So happy. Last night I went to yoga after work, had 265 cals o/n and was able to get up for a morning workout (finally). Enjoy your day off, you deserve it- good night (only 2 digits Smile).

Here's hoping for a great month ahead

Yes I love the two digits!

Today I made a cake for my sons stuffed animal's birthday. It is a surprise. I ate icing for lunch and will try to just have half a piece later. Wish me luck!

Hoping for 2 digits or less again!!!!!

Glad your night was better!

Breaking out my Tap& Track App on the ipod this month. Ignorace has been Bliss! LOL I really do enjoy being in denial, but need to start logging my calories again.

I am sure you are not as ignorant about it as you claim. It is just time to take action!

I always have a notebook in use. Never does a day go by that I dont count! Good or bad.

Last night, about 80 calories. My day calories were a bit to high( what did I expect, I made cake????) and the cake is still here. But I will try to avoid eating it today and clean up my act.

At least the night was pretty good.

Everyone else?

Last night was some cottage cheese and some peanut butter. I just feel yuck overall. Need to get back into the habit of eating breakfast because my night calories have gone up since I havent been eating breakfast, good or bad nights, breakfast always outs me in the right place not to overeat at night.
