Hello. I am really glad to finally be able to talk with other people that are going through this. I have been dealing with NES for over 7 years and have gained over 50 lbs. I do the same thing that everyone else is doing with getting up several times a night and eating mass quantities of carbs/sugars. Usually cheese and cookies.

I have had 2 sleep studies and other medical tests and no one can find anything wrong.

I am so disgusted with all the weight I have gained and I eat very little during the day. I saw where a couple of people are trying low carb diets during the day. Is that working? Has anyone tried any other studies or medications that might help with this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Sad
