When will my night time eating ever come to and end? Progress that I have made is at least I only eat fruit at night most of the times. Last night I was a monster in the kitchen I had an apple, grapes, nuts, and dried fruit mix. I hate my life, and that I do this odd behavior. I woke up 3 times AND EACH TIME I WAS EATING SOMETHING IN THE KITCHEN! I want to cry sometimes when I realize what I did the night before, and craw underneath the covers and never come out. And the worst part is my family knows mom dad brother and then where joking about it. They do not understand how much that hurt my feelings. They really truly do not understand the battel I put up with night after night. |
