totally 100% exactly the same. in fact, i was doing so well when i was in a relationship...it was when that fell apart that i started the night-eating stuff again. it's torture. i, too, fell an overwhelming sense of anxious desperation at night when i get up. i am sometimes not even fully awake (especially if i've taken herbs that make me sleepy). last night, one of the times i woke up, i couldn't find my way out of my room to get to the kitchen--i was stumbling around all sleep-walky i guess--walked right into the corner of my bathroom door and have a big gash on my forehead today. can you believe that? this is so stupid. |
