I have noticed that I can control my NES when there is someone sleeping in the bed or the same room as me. I am really out of control when i am alone at night. but i live alone so i am struggling often. but i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Also, is anyone ever able to think clearly when getting up to eat at night. because I cannot control or catch my thoughts. I cant slow them down long enough to hear myself saying "stop! just go back to bed and try to sleep"

totally 100% exactly the same. in fact, i was doing so well when i was in a relationship...it was when that fell apart that i started the night-eating stuff again. it's torture. i, too, fell an overwhelming sense of anxious desperation at night when i get up. i am sometimes not even fully awake (especially if i've taken herbs that make me sleepy). last night, one of the times i woke up, i couldn't find my way out of my room to get to the kitchen--i was stumbling around all sleep-walky i guess--walked right into the corner of my bathroom door and have a big gash on my forehead today. can you believe that? this is so stupid.
