Hi, Rebecca, What medication are you on for the migraines? Often with NF migraines, they can use various anti-seizural meds to help. It is still a crapshoot whether they will help, as most did not in my daughter's case, but each person is different so you might consider talking to your doctor about other options if you haven't yet. It sounds like you have been through a lot of moderating, and as tough as that can be to have to keep going through, it is important to stay on top of this so good for you in doing that.
