I'm 20. thank you, the verses are encouagaing! Yesterday one of my prof. said, "True spirituality is being able to see through the circumstance, to see that God has elected us for that circumstance". I didnt think much of it when he said it but it struck me when i read it as i was flipping through some notes.

Erin, hi, and welcome to the group!

Are you seeing a neurologist? If not, my first suggestion would be to get in with one, and get an MRI for evaluation ASAP. Not trying to alarm you, but if you know you have Neurofibromatosis then these things can signal issues of concern.

This would also concern me if OTC pain medication does not help. Depending on your circumstances, their are different Rx options for treating certain NF pains, but it is impairative that you are being followed by a qualified physician, preferably a neurologist, and one who is familiar enough with NF.

Please keep us posted, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help assist you in finding someone if you do not already have one.

(((HUGS))) hun,.. I'm sorry that you are in pain!

You might also talk to your doctor about trying MigRelief... magnesium is said to be really good for pain, and I recently found out from a friend that is what they have used. It is the only thing that has helped her with her migrains. It is an OTC product, but I would still encourage you to talk to your physician before trying any new products.
