I haven't been to Mayo, though I wouldn't write them off just because their website doesn't mention anything but migraines since a lot of the sites I have seen don't mention the rarer headaches even though they can treat them. It would just make their websites too long and difficult to navigate to mention all of them (there are tons of rare headache disorders). As many different problems as your daughter seems to be facing all at the same time, someplace like Mayo may be a great idea because they may be able to see how multiple problems may be related and treat them that way instead of seeing them all seperately (at least I hope they would communicate amongst themselves).
