I'm on three meds right now (topomax, lexapro, and tizanidine). I do not have a headache. All I have now is bilateral pressure in my temples. But, this pressure in constant 24-7 that I would access at a 7 or 8 pain on a 1-10 scale. What has anyone else out there done to get some relief from this? I have basically given up on my neurologist and am going to a pain management doctor on Monday and am going for a second opinion to a neurologist at the end of the month. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not certain about the relief from the pressure since I still have pain, but it takes headache meds anywhere from a week or two to a couple of months to work, if they work at all. So, i see that you're giving up on your current neurologist, and if it's because the meds have not worked yet, it's trial and error, unfortunately, and one drug may work for one person and not for another. I know there are a few people on here who suffer from just pressure, but I don't believe any of them have found any relief.
