This is from my neurologist; I got excited after reading about Dr.Jho here in Pgh.

Michele,

There are still no treatments proven to be helpful for NDPH, including "decompression" surgeries. We are all still hopeful for breakthroughs in this area, but to date none has occurred. Feel free to contact me periodically with such questions, and I wish you the best of luck with the pain management until the day the headache "switches" off.
