This has nothing to do with headaches, just the fact that some kept what I said in the back of their head and months later suggested it to someone else and now 2 kids have found a dx.

I'm so happy.

I will try to make this short.

We stopped using our daycare place back in Sept until yesterday my kids needed to go for drop in care.

The director obviously knows of my lyme dx and struggles and we've had plenty of conversations, one such was about ADHD and Autism and the dx of lyme. (there is a boy in day care who is completely out of control, has had tick exposure since birth, so I tried to get the director to convince the mom... to this day, she still won't consider it). Anyways, I get there to get my kids and the director meets me at the door to tell me thank you. For what I wonder. Turns out, her family headed to FL to see other family members. Her SIL has 5 children, 2 on the autism spectrum, both with ADD/ADHD. She simply asked her SIL "have you ever been bitten by a tick"...she says "yeah, I had lyme disease when I was 19. But I was cured". The director shared the information she had heard me preach for so long and low and behold, the SIL went right away and tested the kids for lyme. THEY ARE POSITIVE. I don't know what tests where done or what abx's they are on, but thank God this conversation took place. For the sake of the kids. Within 2 weeks of ABX's, 1 of them is now speaking full sentences and had not prior. Within 4 weeks, both were basically off the autism spectrum and the ADD/ADHD is lessening.

It makes me so happy to know these kids will have a chance.

Thanks all.

The best gift I can ever receive is knowing people find the source of their pain and can become painfree. That's all I wish for every single person on this site.
